Hi, Just looked at your site...it looks great...I own a beagle/bluetick pup that i just got the 1st of August....he has no blue on him what so ever though....he has a brown back with white legs chest and a partial of his sides....he has a brown face with a white stripe up his face and little browns ticks on his legs and muzzle....his names Monte Carlo. I'm 14 and i live in Missouri Crystal C.

A little puzzeled. I purchased a puppy from a pet store in Missoula Montana, they said he's a spotted blue tick beagle, sire Mr. Hoover, Dam Happy trails Morrissey stroud. At the vet for a check up the vet said the puppy looked like a cross between a beagle and a blue tick hound. My question is ... is he a beagle or a blue tick hound? Pretty puppy but the beagle owners around say he's not a pure blood beagle. Heck if I know. Please send responce to LC514@AOL.com.

I am an owner of a Black and Tan Coonhound that I was very fortunate to find and purchase in Toronto, Canada. I was always told that he was a Blue-Tick Coonhound, but after visiting your site, I realize that I actually have the black and Tan breed.
